Stanley Nazaire
Co-founder & CEO
Stanley Nazaire is a visionary serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience at the forefront of technology and innovation. With a career marked by the successful founding and scaling of multiple startups, Stanley has a proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends to create groundbreaking solutions. His passion for futuristic technology has driven him to explore diverse fields, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and IoT, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
Stanley's entrepreneurial journey began in the early 2000s when he launched his first tech company, BlueSun Technologies, a venture that revolutionized content management and business intelligence. Since then, he has significantly contributed to various industries through his strategic vision and leadership. His ability to guide teams in transforming innovative ideas into market-leading products and services is a testament to his entrepreneurial prowess.
In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Stanley is a sought-after speaker and advisor, sharing his insights on technology and innovation at Universities and global conferences. Julie Gowin
Co-founder & PI
Over 33+ years in academe, Julie Gowin has taught Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Persuasion, Business and Professional Communication, Women and Gendered Communication, Family Communication, Nonverbal Communication and Listening, Experiential Learning and Communication Internship, as well as
Business Communications for Accountants and Auditors.
Gowin has been a lecturer/adjunct professor for the University of Maryland, the University of Maryland University College, Prince George’s Community College, North Dakota State University, Cape Breton University, Red Wing Technical College, and the University of Winona.
She is an outreach coordinator and professional track faculty for the Department of Communication at the University of Maryland. Gowin coordinates the Communication internship program in its entirety, working with 40-60+ interns each semester and serving 600 students in the major and students across campus interested in communication internships. She often presents best practices in internship programs. Additionally, she regularly teaches public speaking courses to undergraduate students at the University of Maryland and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Julie Gowin is passionate about helping students gain confidence in their presentations, build their professional speaker personas, and grow their communication skillsets. She guides students to become confident communicators who can adapt the tone of their presentations appropriately and truly connect with their audience.
